4. Do you play for any club or a team? Mention their names? When was it founded? Where are you working currently?
Yes.Tallinn United Cricket club founded in 2011

5. Where do you and team see yourself in coming 5 years? Where do you want to focus in order to improve your cricket?
We would like our national team to get more opportunities to play in ICC world cup qualifying tournaments and increase the number of local players who are skilled enough to compete at high levels.

7. Any recent achievements/activities that you had. (It could be organizing a small camp, or just playing a match or organizing a cricket camp or playing a tournament series) Do mention the date.
We have combined club team which plays in the Finnish T20 league(16 teams) and we have been the winners in 2 of the past 3 events(2012,2013).

8. Would you like to come to India for a tournament or a coaching camp? Or do you want to travel any other country (if Yes, please mention the name)
Our national team would like to participate in more tournaments within Europe against higher ranked teams.

9. What are the challenges you are facing in your country's cricket? If any, how do you feel to overcome those challenges
Since the population of Estonia(1.2 million) is quite low compared to most other European countries and cricket an alien sport here ,it is a challenge to promote the sport. But Estonian Cricket association (ECA)  has a healthy youth development and ladies cricket program. ECA  also organizes various cricket programs at schools and colleges here.

10. One thing that you instantly need that would boost the involvement of people in your country's cricket?
More success for the current national squad at various ICC tournaments along with more exposure to  the wonderful game of cricket.

Tallinn United Cricket Club as if are the biggest club in Estonia in terms of members and giving  opportunities to new players

Being an Indian I naturally support the Indian team but I would like the associate countries like Ireland , Scotland and Afghanistan to do well because cricket needs to expand beyond the exclusivity of the test playing nations.Then only can cricket be considered a truly global sport and will grow in other countries.
